What can you be grateful for?
Gratitude can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. It makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Let go:
Worries, fears, discouragement, loneliness . . . these and other negative feelings can weigh you down. These feelings emerge from your mind and the script that keeps playing in your head.
Start over:
Take a deep, calming breath. As negative thoughts pop up, notice them. Then gently move your thoughts to your heart to find what is true: God hears you, God is with you in each moment of the day. God is saying to you, “I love you. I am here.”
Move forward:
Change the script by wrapping your situations in gratitude. “A meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” What can you be grateful for?
Three steps to move forward with your life is based on encouragement from Susan Miller’s bestselling book, After the Boxes Are Unpacked. The book guides uprooted women through the process of letting go of the past, starting over with trust, and moving forward in faith.
