Performing acts of kindness can improve your mood
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

Let go:
Feeling isolated and lonely in a new town? Worn out and weary? Discouraged by bad news? Turn your focus outward by noticing those around you.
Start over:
Watch for an opportunity to be kind. A few ideas to get you started:
- Hold a door open for someone.
- Ask a cashier, “How are you today?”
- Offer to pick up groceries for an elderly neighbor.
- Send a thank you note.
- Make eye contact and smile.
- Allow someone with fewer groceries to go ahead of you in the checkout line.
Move forward:
Performing acts of kindness can improve your mood and your health. How do you feel when you’ve been kind to someone?
Three steps to move forward with your life is based on encouragement from Susan Miller’s bestselling book, After the Boxes Are Unpacked. The book guides uprooted women through the process of letting go of the past, starting over with trust, and moving forward in faith.
Thanks Susan and Just Moved friends for all you do and say!! God notices!
With deep gratitude-
Alice
Thank you Alice!
